Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order.

Delivery times apply to all orders placed before 1pm. For all orders placed after 1pm, the following day will be considered the first working day. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So, if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

The majority of orders placed in off-peak times are processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that credit card payments made after 6pm can take up to 48 hours to process.

You can still enjoy FREE standard delivery on orders over $199.

If you are based in Sydney and prefer collection, our warehouse is located in Kingsgrove NSW and you will need to choose this at checkout.
